Payments accepted are checks and cash.
Follow up appointments should be scheduled before leaving the current appointment, but it is not required. This reserves time in the schedule for your pet, even if your need to change it.
Payment is due at time of service.
A 48 hour notice of appointment change is appreciated. Appointments that are cancelled or re-scheduled 24 hours or less can be subjected to a $15.00 charge.
Appointments that are broken the same day (groomer was on-site) can be subjected to a $25.00 charge. First time forgiveness will have no charge.
